Meet the Owner

Vicki has mastered the nuance of running a successful business. She possesses than 22 years experience starting and running successful businesses, including a law LLC and several advertising agencies. Vicki has been a Las Vegas resident for over 20 years, and she values community and family. She truly enjoys helping others. She currently serves as a mentor for Hope for Prisoners where she empowers formerly incarcerated individuals to receive training for pursuing successful careers.

Vicki has worked in the legal field for over 15 years, most recently serving as Director of Negotiations at a law firm. She has written manuals on the art of negotiation, and has taught courses to doctors, lawyers, and personal injury case managers.

Vicki has personal experience in the challenges associated with starting a small business, she understands what it takes to succeed in a competitive market. Her company, Silent G Consulting, combines her two passions – i) helping others and ii) starting and running a successful business. She has helped hundreds of small business owners with formation, 501(c)3 application, zoning issues, regulated licensing issues, business plans, and much more.
